Due to the personal and consumable nature of fragrance, all sales are final.
We only offer replacements or refunds if an item arrives damaged during transit.
All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery to erosroseperfume@gmail.com and must include:

A clear photo of the shipping label

Photos of the top and bottom of the shipping envelope

A photo of the item inside the box with all packaging visible

A clear photo of the damaged item
This information is required to open a claim with the shipping carrier. Failure to provide complete documentation may result in the claim being denied.
Claims for damage reported after delivery or outside of the 48-hour window may not be accepted.
