Shipping Policy

Each fragrance is carefully prepared and packed by hand. Please allow up to five (5) business days for orders to be processed and dispatched. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

United States

We offer complimentary shipping within the United States on all full-size perfume orders. 
 

Samples and discovery sets ship for a $5 shipping and handling fee.
 

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping fees due to carrier restrictions on fragrance shipments.

 

International Shipping

International shipping may be available upon request. If you are located outside the United States, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can calculate shipping to your country. International shipping payments are completed via PayPal invoice.
 

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs handling fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before delivery.
 

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the recipient is responsible for all return shipping costs and associated fees. Some refused shipments may not be eligible for return and may be disposed of by the carrier or customs authority, in which case the order is not eligible for refund or replacement.

 

Shipping Conditions

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
 

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times and delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processing are outside of our control.
 

Fragrance may be sensitive to extreme temperatures during transit. Minor variations in color or scent caused by temperature exposure are not considered defects.
 

Because perfume contains alcohol, shipping restrictions may apply in certain regions. If we are unable to legally ship fragrance to a destination, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
